LOVE

In Need Of a Companion

There comes a time in a persons life where one comes to realize they need love or companionship. Love symbolizes support and acceptance. Love is not only shared with a couple, therefore, a companionship can be a relationship with many different circumstances. Companionship's can be a boy and a pet, a mother and daughter, or even just a pair of friends.
Many people feel the need for love or companionship to be strongly unnecessary. Although some people find a way to isolate themselves from any outsiders everybody needs love. Everyday people fight to be accepted. This want for acceptance is a symbol of wanting to be loved. It is rare that one finds a lonesome person to be extremely happy. This is because people need love. People need to interact with others to socially adapt to the environment. Without someone to love them one can become lonely, depressed, and socially confused. This is how love and companionship relates to Frankenstein. In the book the monster was born as the only of his kind. He begs and pleads to be accepted showing he is cable of love and wants to be loved. After getting turned down plenty of times the monster becomes cruel and dangerous. His actions after being denied love show that people need love and being lonely for such as long time can turn individuals into different people.
Love is so important because its is a feeling that can be felt by all living things, rather then just humans. Love is a compassion that appeals to emotion in many ways. Love is such as small word but can make such large differences in peoples lives. Ones companionship can be defined as a mixture of every feeling of love between two subjects. Everyone needs love and companionship to adapt to the world.

Over Coming Rejection !

What is rejection? How does it feel to be rejected? How can one mentally and physically overcome rejection? Reject means to refuse to have, take, or recognize. Rejection is the act of being rejected. People experience rejection everyday. It can be rejection from a friend, family or even just a simple object that we use on a daily basis. Weather it's being rejected in sports as seen in the video or being rejected after a first date it all feels the same. Rejection is not a good feeling;in fact it can be a terrible feeling. Whats the most important thing to learn about rejection is how to accept it and move on to bigger and better things. A good way to relieve the feeling of rejection to tell yourself "if they don't accept me or want me as a I am, they don't deserve me at all." When people accomplish this state of mind they will have moved on and be looking into the future. Although people are rejected they must realize rejection is a way of life and happens all the time. The best way to think of rejection will always be to stay motivated and work hard enough to over come whatever it is that is rejecting them. As the video says, become FASTER, STRONGER, BIGGER, AND TALLER!

Responsibility

What is personal responsibility? What I interpret from the phrase "personal responsibility" is knowing when to take responsibility for ones actions and being responsible for what one does. Personal is something of, affecting, or belonging to a particular person rather than to anyone else while, responsibility is the state or fact of being accountable or to blame for something. When put together I believe personal responsibility is being able to look yourself in the mirror and say "I did this and I will be help accountable for it, no matter what the consequences may be". When one is able to conquer this then they have taken full responsibility for their actions in the most efficient and mature way.  There are many situations in everyday life where people do not know when it is the right time take full responsibility; not just because they can't but even because they simply do not know when they are truly responsible for the event that has take place. For example many car accidents happen everyday. In fact some people drive around waiting to get rear ended or hit just for a new car, or a lump some of money. People will really put themselves and others in danger for selfish reasons. Not all crashes are done purposely, actually very few are and the hardest part when dealing with a crash is knowing who is completely responsible. Accident cases are taken to court and go through so many systems until the court decides who was guilty because know one wants or knows when to take personal responsibility. Today many people get away from these charges because the court system could be wrong or their could be a false incident report. This is when taking personal responsibility comes in. How does one know when to take personal responsibility? In cases like the car accident there are a few different ways to take personal responsibility. One, a person could tell the honest truth about how the incident occurred and take complete responsibility and pay the price to repair the damage done to the car and or the people in it. This would be an example of accepting your responsibility's and paying the consequences. Another way to take responsibility would be to follow the law. For example there are rules like, the driver who rear ends another vehicle is always guilty. If this were the case the court would automatically force the law and make that driver personally responsible. This would not be what I would call one taking personal responsibility but because that person is held accountable by law the responsibility is forced upon them. There are many ways a person could take personal responsibility, it all depends on the situation. I believe taking personal responsibility is a very mature way to approach a situation before it gets out of hand. Also taking responsibility for ones actions will always be a great way to prevent any feeling of guilt that could come along down the road. Taking person responsibility is realizing, knowing, and taking complete fault ones doings.

Headed to the moon!

There are many ways throughout the years that people have discovered and explored the unknown. Weather its Christopher Columbus or Michael Jordon the concept is all the same. The person I am writing about is Neil Armstrong, also know as "the first man on the moon to safely return home". In 1969 Armstrong took off to explore the moon as apart of  the Apollo11 mission and just later that day he achieved his goal and ultimate dream of being the first man on the moon. In many discoveries its not what a person discovers but the impact that discovery has on the world that has an everlasting effect. Neil Armstrong was originally an ordinary astronaut waiting for a chance to touchdown on the moon until President Kennedy asked him to race the Soviets to the moon. President Kennedy may be what some people call the start of Armstrong's career. Like most astronauts in the time period Armstrong had a dream of being the first to reach the moon and return safely home. Armstrong did not only just aspire to be the first at this accomplishment but also just simply loved what he did. Every time Neil Armstrong went up in space he knew he was potentially risking his life. Neil sacrificed himself for his country. He did not know when he took off he would return as a legend but was willing to take the risk for his president and country. Everyday people are discovering new things. With everyone who discovers something new comes a bundle of courage, devotion, and heart. These people are discovering not just something for themselves but something that will live on with them and the world as a legacy to many. Weather it is finding an unknown land, being the first to dunk from the foul line, or safely returning from the moon, these are all things people have done that will live on with us forever. This is why our generation should always remember our past generations and use what they did to aspire us to discover even more.
