Over Coming Rejection !
What is rejection? How does it feel to be rejected? How can one mentally and physically overcome rejection? Reject means to refuse to have, take, or recognize. Rejection is the act of being rejected. People experience rejection everyday.It can be rejection from a friend, family or even just a simple object that we use on a daily basis. Weather it's being rejected in sports as seen in the video or being rejected after a first date it all feels the same. Rejection is not a good feeling;in fact it can be a terrible feeling. Whats the most important thing to learn about rejection is how to accept it and move on to bigger and better things. A good way to relieve the feeling of rejection to tell yourself "if they don't accept me or want me as a I am, they don't deserve me at all." When people accomplish this state of mind they will have moved on and be looking into the future. Although people are rejected they must realize rejection is a way of life and happens all the time. The best way to think of rejection will always be to stay motivated and work hard enough to over come whatever it is that is rejecting them. As the video says,become FASTER, STRONGER, BIGGER, AND TALLER!
